About these terms
These Terms of Service govern purchases from Patina Threads (patinathreads.com). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them before checking out — checkout requires your agreement.
One-of-one goods
Every Patina Threads piece is unique and handmade from vintage or reclaimed textiles. Variations in color, wear, mending and texture are part of each piece’s history and are not defects. Measurements and condition notes are provided on each product page; please review them before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Because every piece is one of one, a piece may occasionally sell moments before your payment completes; if that happens your payment is not captured, or is fully refunded.
Shipping
Shipping timelines, destinations and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Returns
Because every piece is one of one, all sales are final except as described in Shipping & Returns (damaged or misdescribed items).
